Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

Your order is processed as soon as it is submitted.  We cannot make changes, corrections and/or cancellations after the order is received. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders with incorrect information.  The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling and accuracy of the billing and ship to contact information of the order.

Normal delivery time is according to your chosen service plus 1-2 days. 

Expedited services, which will have priority processing, will ship from our warehouse either same day, if received by 11:00am EST, or next day if received after 11:00am EST.

This website is owned and operated by the Apostolate for Family Consecration (AFC). The AFC recognizes that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. The information we collect from you is used to improve the content of our website and to provide you with information, products or other services available to you through our website. Our Policy
The AFC respects and protects the privacy of our online visitors, customers and donors. We do not disclose, give, rent, sell, or transfer to third parties any personal information about our visitors without their permission, unless required by law. The AFC has a longstanding policy that mailing lists, both postal and electronic, are never sold or exchanged with third parties, nor is any other personal information.

We use industry standard efforts such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We make every reasonable effort to prevent the loss, misuse or theft of the information under our control. We care about the safety and security of online transactions. We use the industry standard high grade encryption and security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you submit to us. Third parties with which we work process credit card transactions using high grade encryption and security protocols.

Email addresses are used for customer service purposes and to ensure account uniqueness. Users who choose to subscribe to our email list will receive periodic email notifications from the AFC regarding discounts, promotions, upcoming Events, etc.

Our Commitment to Accuracy
In addition to maintaining privacy and security controls for information you share with us, we use error checking procedures to accurately and completely process your transaction information. Should you have questions about any of your transactions, please contact us any time during our regular business hours, which are M-F 9AM - 5PM EST.

Changes are made to our error checking procedures as necessary to improve our systems. Additionally, independent external audits are periodically conducted to ensure the appropriate processing of your information from our website.

Individual customers' credit card information is not stored in customer accounts and is not associated with customer accounts. We will only use credit card information on an order-to-order basis.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information from you. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the AFC website.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on our website through a public communications forum or through email, that information may be collected and used by others. Returns & Replacements

Items are not sold on approval unless specified. We do not offer any refund.  No exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Problems must be reported within 30 days of your receipt of the product. If an item is damaged or defective, please email immediately, or call 740-765-5500. We will notify you if you need to return the damaged or defective products to us. If notified to return the product, all returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Returns received without a prior notification will not be replaced.

Upon receipt of order, check the items. Please note that deliveries of multi-carton shipments may be spread out over several days. If there are discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please email immediately, or call 740-765-5500 and provide the following: Sales Order number, Date shipment received, Order discrepancies, Method of shipment.  If unopened package appears water-damaged, please email immediately, or call 740-765-5500.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices do not include shipping and handling charges.  Payments must accompany orders upon submission. Acceptable forms of payments are: cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA or DISCOVER).  

If you pay by cash or check, you must mail in printed off order form along with check or cash payment.  An online order will not be processed without payment. Please make checks payable to: Apostolate for Family Consecration, or AFC. Orders with cash or check payments should be mailed to the AFC at 3375 County Road 36, Bloomingdale, OH 43910.  

All Ohio orders will include a 7.25% sales tax.  If you are exempt from sales tax, please send a copy of your exemption or resale certificate with your initial order.
